Getting healthy meant I needed to take up the challenge of relearning how to make my favorite meals healthy. Along the way I gained inspiration from recipes on the web, in vegan cookbooks, and just trying things out from the healthy sections of the grocer.
My new website is being loaded up with my favorite recipes along with some helpful tips on stocking your pantry, using leftovers, recipe hack, and making dishes that look as good as they taste. I’m a busy girl, so everything I share can be prepped and cooked in under 30 minutes.
